How to convert images to PDF
- Choose JPG, PNG or WebP images, such as screenshots and saved web images.
- Arrange them in the order you want the pages.
- Choose the page size, orientation and margin.
- Select Create PDF and download the result.
Good to know
- Supported formats: JPG, PNG and WebP, up to 20 MB each and 50 images at a time.
- PNG transparency is kept: transparent areas show the white page.
- Transparent parts of WebP images are filled with white.
- HEIC is not supported yet.
Frequently asked questions
Are my images uploaded?
No. The PDF is created by your browser on your device. Your images are not sent to Filecon's servers.
Will my photos be sideways?
No. Phones store rotation separately from the photo. Filecon reads it and places each photo upright, without re-compressing it.
Does converting reduce image quality?
JPG and PNG images are placed in the PDF unchanged. WebP images are converted to high-quality JPEG first, because PDF files can't contain WebP.
Can I use HEIC photos from an iPhone?
Not yet. When you pick photos from your iPhone's photo library in Safari, iOS usually converts them to JPG automatically. A HEIC converter is being tested.
